Working with our friends at Torpenhow Farm in Cumbria, we’re reviving a proper heritage method: a 2kg farmhouse cheese made fresh to order, using organic, Pasture for Life milk from cow-and-calf herds. Honest ingredients, old-world technique, and time; nothing else.

Over the next 8 weeks, your cheese will be made by hand. It will then mature slowly for 6-7 months, developing the crumbly texture and deep flavour that only real farmhouse cheese can deliver. When it reaches you, it will arrive whole, sealed and untouched – and you will be the very first person to cut into it.
